I've decorated two sorts of yesterday's cookies (photo coming up tomorrow, or so I hope).

I've chopped and cut and generally worked on preparing ingredients for the next batch that will be baked either tomorrow or the day after. I intend to take free for the weekend.

I've made a food run and conveniently forgot about buying some more baking paper and tinfoil, of which I'm going to run out, soon. That part has nothing to do with Hobbits, just with my personal idiocy.

And now I'm tired, my feet hurt and I miss my friends. Still, no right to complain, comparing with so many people I'm still more than okay.

To make my day complete, now gmail seems to be down. Drat.

It's hard to be on your feet all day! And what you're doing takes care and energy, and with all the worrying things around us, we all have the right to complain--especially here, where you're among friends.

The mail problems must be regional, everything is working OK here. I hope things get fixed on your end soon. Take it easy tonight though, you've been incredibly busy.

Baking paper is very useful. I don't know what I'd do without it — scratching burned stuff from the baking tins all the time, I guess.

I will have to send out hubby to bring me baking ingredients. We will be in lockdown from Monday on, and this time it´s supposed to be for some weeks. By then it will be Christmas. Not a good timing for those who buy the presnts in shops. Amazon will rejoice, and a lot of shops will go out of business...
