It's a German-style cheesecake called a "Russischer Zupfkuchen", which I can't translate into English. I made it for Christmas a couple of years ago and it lasted until New Year, so huge was it. *g*

Die Zeit ist immer reif für Zupfkuchen. Obwohl ich heute ein Bananenbrot gebacken habe. Manchmal muß man eben gepunktete Bananen retten bevor sie vergammeln. 🤭
