Just what I needed - NOT!

wiseheartThe frigging cold I've managed to catch between the balcony and the living room has resurfaced yesterday. Very little actual coughing, no heightened temperature but a stuffed head and the excessive use of paper hankies. Which means my nose will be paper dry and hurting, soon, no matter how much salve I smear over it. Gah!
I have this... thing every dratted winter - and now that the flat is so nice and toasty, the temperature difference between actual rooms and the unheated balcony are much greater, hence the return of the usual "joys". Perhaps I should put on my parka every time I take the bedding out to the balcony to air or whatnot.
So, I was fairly useless all day, save for cooking lunch. I sat or lay ensconced in a warm blanket, blew my nose and felt terribly sorry for myself. *g*
