Autumn has really arrived...

wiseheart... in the form of frequent raining. Fortunately, it's not stormy rain, just persistent. Enough to get wet like a dog while going to Aldi and back. It isn't easy carrying two large shopping backs and holding an umbrella at the same time.
It also seems I should have been more patient. Pistachios have arrived at Aldi - and a great deal cheaper than in the Bioladen. I bought two satchels anyway (although even so, they were price-y); they'll keep in the freezer nicely until next year. Or until I decide to use them some time in-between. I also bought some Christmas stickers and a large chocolate Santa for Mum.
Today I volunteered for kitchen duty, making a large heap of Roesti and a big bowl of salad, so all we'll have to make tomorrow is soup. Then I was basically lazy for the rest of the day, watching Auf Streife on German TV, for the sake of keeping my vocabulary alive.
In the evening I got my lazy rear in gear and worked a bit on the "Pathways" timeline. I hope to finish the 1999-2000 time slot tomorrow or the day after.
And now soon is TV time again - The Great Australian Bake-off is on re-run, and since we never saw that one before, we're quite excited.
