Bullet list for the last two days

[wiseheart]

- I cooked.
- I made a food run.
- I took Mum for a walk.
- I tried to bring the flat into some semblance of order, despite the bi-weekly cleaning frenzy performed the day before yesterday.
- I waited for the exterminators, working myself up to a half-hearted rage in case they wouldn't come; fortunately, they did.
- I climbed the walls because of the new mediabox that works just differently enough than the old one to drive me mad.
- I did some crafting in preparation for the annual pre-Christmas charity fair, in case it will take place this year.
- I talked to friends/ex-colleagues on the phone.
- I went to choir practice.

None of which is particularly interesting, I know. I've just promised to keep my diary diligently when the whole Covid misery started and didn't want to miss these days.

And now I'm tired and a nervous wreck in advance for tomorrow's big adventure with the blinds being (hopefully) re-sized and put back. *fingers crossed*

Nooooo! We have a language misunderstanding. In the UK a fun-run is a charity run done with no real intention of getting to the finish line first...but rather just to finish. People take part in fancy dress, push their children in prams, hop their way around etc.

At the moment my life consists of going to my practice place, going to my meeting places to meet friends, going to the Royal Library to study and study at home not to mention all the things that needs to be done at home. Not interesting either but it is my life right now.
