I made a food run.
I typed up a very small part of the "Pathways" timeline; was completely unmotivated, TBH.
I posted the existing chapters of my werewolf story to AO3.
I had a long phone chat with my young friend Alex.
Mum and I went out onto the street today - big, big progress!
So, why am I feeling so listless?

Some days just hit you like that. I think, sometimes, it's that you get to the end of the day but have nothing physical to show for it.

I seem to have an endless chain of such days. Because no-one really gives a sh*t if I actually achieve something (like posting a finished story or anything similar), so I'm really, really low on motivation. Especially as the weather is still way too warm for baking, which is my Number One comfort activity.

It is listless weather. But hurrah for your Mum ! I remember that that sort of progress with my own Mum meant that, as long as we had transport to get her near our target, we knew she could cope with going out for a meal, or to visit someone else's house, so it certainly widened the horizon.

Well, I seriously doubt that visiting anyone would be an option for her in current times, but she really wants to get out a bit from time to time.

She is determined to get better and better! Not the least because she wants to take a look at the Gemeindehaus our parish church had build in recent months. It's on the end of our (admittedly short) street, so it might take some time yet, but she wants to see it very much.
