Owl progress

18 out of my 30 little paper owls now have their wings attached. This is the more crafty part of the project, as I have to synchronize the colours between owl body, belly and wings. But I'm getting there. And I've already used up a lot of my leftover paper scraps, so it's a really economic project, as I've mentioned before.

Other than that, not much happened. Cooking was a simple issue today as we're having stomach problems again, so it was a simple clear soup and boiled potatoes with nothing but salt today. I'm really fed up with not being able to cook properly lately because one - or both - of us would get stomach problems. Grrr!

At least I managed to write a bit today: 4 pages to Chapter 8 of A Stich in Time. That's more than what I've done in weeks, so I'm not complaining in that area.

I hope both of you are feeling much better soon and can only imagine how frustrated the chef in you is feeling right now.

Yep, it is most annoying. I bought ingredients for a nice meal and had to freeze everything; which, at the very least, saves the stuff, but it won't taste the same after thawing it out.
