Other than that, I made two food runs and more raspberry jam, so I was done in for the rest of the day. A good thing that the physiotherapist came today and helped Mum with her exercises.

Date: 2021-04-30 08:59 pm (UTC)Auskühlen lassen, horizontal zweimal durchschneiden, mit der gewünschten Creme füllen, und das ist es. Meine Creme war aus Cremequark (anstatt Mascarpone), geschlagener Sahne und Vanillezucker gemacht und ich habe zwischen die einzelnen Schichten Raspelschokolade gestreut, damit genug Kalorien da sind. *g*
Aber Du kanns den Biskuit einfach mit Marmelade oder Pudding füllen, schmeckt auch lecker. Selbst mit Pudding was ohne Kochen gemacht wird.
