The revenge of unhealthy but yummy cookies

Because I needed to prove myself that I can make cookies with cashew nuts that are actually delicious.

Behold the cashew nut cookies with white chocolate:



I also baked the obligatory cheesy buns and made two new Christmas cards today. Pictures will come later. That about ate my day; the rest of it was spent lazing around (since we ate leftovers) and talking to my friend Evie on the phone.

Now I'm going to finish transcribing Chapter 9 of SD5 as it's due to go up to AO3 tomorrow.

Well, to be honest, I don't like white chocolate. I only use it for baking; for icing, mostly. In my eyes something that doesn't have cocoa powder in it doesn't even count as chocolate. ;))

I agree with you in that it is not chocolate - why is it called that? But - I do like it, especially for dipping cookies and sweets at the holidays. One of our favorites is very plain, just dipped mini-pretzel twists. But the combination of sweet, salt, and crunch - it's yummy, and they disappear as fast as I make them:)
