I gave my new baking form a trial run and tried the cheesecake recipe that came with it.
Here are the results:



They are a bit uneven - I still have to figure out how to adjust my fairly unadjustable oven to the silicone baking form and all that, but at least they are yummy. Also very filling, therefore the tuna pasta that was the originally planned lunch for today got postponed for tomorrow.

And here is Angel, explaining us how to make sangría when it's hot outside. It's in Hungarian, but you can get the gist of it by just watching.

More the Quarkkuchen version of it, where you have a Rührkuchen that mostly consists of Quark.

Oh, believe me, one would knock you out cold. The cheesecake-like dough is very heavy - Mum and I shared one and were filled up afterwards. Next time I'll bake regular Guglhupf in the form.
