As always. Actually, this time more so than usual. I delayed the food runs I usually do on Friday because I didn't want to leave Mum alone right after her big fall, so I had to go today. Then we did the usual laundry, and I cooked lunch. So far, so boring. The bright side is that Mum is doing relatively well, despite the bruises and some pain.

But at least I got my three pot holders pinned together and now I'm tentatively optimistic that they would work the way I hoped. Hand-sewing is always safer than involving Louise; at least my hands go the way I intend them to go. Most of the time anyway.

I also got some writing done; I finished Chapter 15 of "Magic Mirror" and started Chapter 16, with a more or less formed idea where I'd like to go with it. That's good. I still have to write the bigger half of Chapter 14, though, which is not so good. That's a tricky part, as I'll have to slither around canon so that I'd get Uther killed more or less canonically, while Arthur is in the other reality, so some of the characters have to be changed, and I don't know what impact his dead will make. *sigh*

Sometimes I get the impression that all days are busy. I don't know how I found the time to actually work for 40+ years long...

Thank you, I'm utterly relieved that it is so. What about your mum?

Progress on both counts, Mum and your writing - a very good day.

We need such days, so that we can endure the rest of them.
