As I mentioned before, Page 3 has a 4-sided folding card attached to it, so I actually had to decorate six different surfaces. Hence the many pictures.

Pages 2 and 3 actually have the same striped background, but the illumination played havoc with my iPad mini a bit. The tru(er) colours are on the left side. The little folding envelope has words like "Joy", "Gratitude" and suchlike written on the inside of the flaps. On the right you can see the top side of the folding card. The page base is open on the right, so that baby photos can be stored inside. On the far right a slice of the back cover inside can be seen.

Here you can see the left side of the unfolded card. The little tags are actually photo mats. I might or might not thread some ribbon through the small holes on top later.

Now, this is the other side of the folding card, with things like baby statistics and milestones and the likes. Again, the small tag is a photo mat.

And finally, a closer look at the baby statistics that didn't quite make it onto the previous photo. *g*

Since Mum volunteered to cook today, I had time to tinker with this project. It was quite time-consuming, but I think it was worth it. We also watched Mass on the telly, I wrote a bit for the next chapter of Kindred Spirits, and that was basically my day until now.

The weather still hasn't realized that it ought to be mild. We have strong winds, a drop of temperatures that would make March proud and no heating in the flat. So we're dressed up thicker than we'd do during winter! Of course, during winter we have heating...

Hope the weather gets better for you soon.
We had a balmy 22° today but it's supposed to go up to nearly 30° next week. What about no???

I think it wouldn't be so bad here, either, if not for the strong winds. And if our dratted concrete monstrosity would be properly isolated, so that the wind wouldn't suck out what little warm we can produce through cooking and simply existing. *sigh*

The book is lovely with all the detail. You also print very well, so the lettering looks exceptionally nice.

Thanks. It's not my usual style but the one the very few cut-outs and tags I can find come with, so I wanted all the lettering be the same.
