These are really brand new. I made them after our cleaning lady left and we've turned back the flat to its original configuration. Cleaning also means moving a lot of furniture, so that we can get to the actual dirt behind them. *sigh*

Anyway, here are the new cards. One of them got a bit blurred on the picture, I don't know why, but you still can see what it is about. ;)

Nothing much was done today and nothing more will likely be done, either. Tomorrow I'll go hunting, which means I'll have to get up early, so I'll try to go to bed somewhat earlier, too. I did a tiny bit of translation, but that's all I managed. My back doesn't agree with this cleaning frenzy, I'm afraid.

They are, aren't they? Only I have so many of them, it requires true mental acrobatics to make the cards different.

Going shopping does feel a bit like hunting these days, as we gird ourselves up and venture into the dangers of the outside world!

Hope your back doesn't keep you from sleeping tonight!

Thanks, but I don't think so. It is a problem that keeps returning at irregular intervals and only bothers me a few times a day. Hopefully it will remain that way.

Just popping in to say hello!

You have been busy, as usual! Ugh, pulling out furniture is no fun. But it is nice to know everything's gotten a nice going over, isn't it?
Congratulations on your great progress on 'Kindred Spirits'! Way to go!
And I love your cards. What a good way to make use of your craft papers.

I've been in such a slump lately. But I'm sick of slumping, so I'm back to writing today and doing to-do-list stuff, and I will try my hand at a little craft project tonight.
I have some heavy-weight papers meant for scrap-booking, which I don't do, but I bought it to use for the exploding box I made last year. I thought I would use up some of that paper to make some mini-gift bags. I have a Ghiradelli bag that I'm going to use as a template. Several days ago I put the paper, template, paper cutter, and glue on the table, then got out of the mood to do it!
I should be able to handle cutting, folding, and glueing! Should be a nice way to pass a little time tonight.

Stay well! Happy hunting tomorrow!

Welcome back! I'm so pleased that someone at least noticed "Kindred Spirits"!
Hey, when you can bring up the energy to do those mini gift bags, can we have pictures? I'd like to see them. Pretty please?

I wish I was good at crafting. It is thunderstorm season here and that is all it has been doing lately - storming! At least, knock on wood (superstition), the power has not gone out. Your cards are really great.

Thank you. They are quite easy, really. I picked up the idea because in the sets I buy they are always a sheet (or more than one) I don't really like. So I cut them into pieces of various sizes and used them to put these cards together.

Good luck with the thunderstorm season. *fingers crossed*

I have begun my first bag, but I'm stuck on making the angle folds for the flat bottom. When I work it out I will post a photo if I can. For some reason, my new phone's photo gallery and my computer don't like each other. It refuses to upload many of the photos:( But I'm trying to get to the bottom of it.
