We slept in today. Well... a little bit. Because I remembered that History TV shows re-runs of Forged in Fire shortly before 9 o'clock, so I crept out of bed to watch it. I'm inordinately fond of that program, considering that I only started watching it to learn something about smithing, for further use when I write Dwarves. Erm... yes. Research and all that, you know.

Anyway, I started seaming the next page of the Doll House quiet book, and got about half of it done when I had to leave for choir practice, this time with our school choir. It was a fun hour, put to good use. We've practiced the piece that we're supposed to sing with several other choirs at the Spring Music Festival of our district; a rather complicated piece, with even the contralto voices required to go really high. Interesting, but takes quite the effort to learn.

This is another choir singing it, for those who are interested.
Tavaszi leánytánc by Daróci Bárdos Tamás.
Since this choir will also take part in the festival, we'll only sing the soprano and contralto part, leaving the boys to sing tenor and bass. *is disappointed*

In any case, after getting home I finished seaming the quiet book page (go me!), watched another episode of Forged in Fire, because in this one I could see how Ben Abbott won the Champions' Edition. I love Ben Abbott. He reminds me a bit of Martin Freeman, despite the lack of actual physical similarity.

Then I got my lazy rear in gear and finally did some typing up. Granted, only one page, but that's 100% more than what I did yesterday, so I'm content.
