Doll House quiet book, page 4

wiseheartAka the wardrobe. Some details still need to be added, but this is what it will basically look like. On the left, with the curtain closed, on the right with it up, showing day and night scenes behind the window. The curtain can actually be pulled to either side, so that the kiddies can decide whether they wanted to have day or night in the doll house.
Needless to say that I had to redo the day scene in the window because the first tree looked quite ugly, but it is done at least.
And then I baked a very quick and easy cherry cake with chocolate drops in it, called a Versunkener Kirsch-Schokokuchen in German. Took me about 12 minutes, the half an hour it spent in the oven not counting. Yum!

elwenlj (waves at elwenlj happily), with lots of crafty goodness! Thank you, my friend! I think I might be tempted to make little felt Easter eggs for the Oldies. There are only 37 of them, after all, and it's been almost a fortnight since I was under real crafting stress. *g*
I didn't do any translating today, though. *feels guilty* Ten more (handwritten) pages, and I'd be finishing this sucker, but I just wasn't in the mood today. Apparently, not enough stress makes me lazy.
On the health front, I'm still coughing, especially when I dare to lie down, but last night was marginally better than the previous ones. Who knows, I might actually heal, given enough time.
