May. 14th, 2019 07:48 pmI've finished the Raffaello bouquet for my goddaughter; the one that will go with the baby journal. Poor mother needs some small comforts, too, right?
Anyway, this is the full view of the bouquet; on the left site a slightly edited version due to the autocorrect on my iPad - I just wanted a sharper picture, but it made the colours a bit hard, too. So I transferred the pic to my main PC and worked on it a bit with the Microsoft Office Picture Manager, softening it up just a little bit. I think the effect is better so (not to mention the colours are truer). Re-edited pic on the right; as always, click to enlarge.

And this is the same bouquet from above, so that you folks can see the individual roses better. The original pic is on the left - frankly, I prefer it, even if it's less sharp - and the edited one on the right.

I also made two more pencil holders as a small gift for a lovely young colleague (she could easily be my daughter age-wise). Last Thursday Mum and I met her in Stühmer's Café and had a nice time together, so I thought I'd make her a little surprise. As before, the original picture is on the left and the edited one on the right.

It seems that whenever I make tomato soup, two pencil holders are the result. *g*
