Past-birthday thanks, pre-Christmas orders

So, my dear friends, my annual birthday party is over. It was great fun, thanks to everyone who participated. Those who didn't - you don't know what you've missed, it's your loss entirely.

In the spirit of Hobbit-y gift giving, I've promised to make felt ornaments for those who participated in the party and would want one. I've just gone through all posts and noticed the following wishes:

1 - a black cat for espresso_addict;
2 - a ginger cat for lindahoyland;
3 - a penguin for solanpolarn;
4 - a snowman for elmey;
5 - an owl for badly_knitted;
6 - one snowflake for artemis10002000;

Was there anyone else who had a wish and I didn't notice? Please, tell me, and I'll add you to the list. Also, if you haven't asked for one yet but would like to do so, you can do it until the end of October, as this is more time-consuming than stitching cards and I'd need at least a month to finish all of them.

Only party guests, please. Those who cared enough to come, are more than worthy a gift. ;)

Sorry I didn't get back to join in the fun, but between two doctor's appointments and a week-long writing challenge, your party got lost in the shuffle =(

That's sweet of you! I'll take a look, your felt ornaments are lovely. I used to make felt animals, three dimensional ones. They were fun to do.

Actually, I believe you made some owls - I would love an owl, if that's okay.

No, I haven't much felt like partying. I still have to have more tests because the doctor still has no idea what's wriong with me. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it soon.

Your charms are very beautiful. We don't have a particular Halloween tradition over here, but I did like the one with the knotwork muster in the second series - does it have any meaning? I'd be happy with that one, as long as it doesn't have any symbolism that would clash with Christianity. I find that I'm still a believer, if no longer formally religious.

No, I don't mind what colour. Surprise me.

The knotwork is a Triquetra. I looked up the symbolism and this is what I learned:

The triquetra stands for God the father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit in a Christian view (also called the 'Holy Trinity'.) Many Pagans/Wiccans say 'it represents the Triple Goddess as the Maiden, Mother, and Crone'.

So, it has definite Christian symbolism, does that suit you? If not, I have some unicorn heads, and some mushrooms. I'm like you, still a Christian, but not formally religious.
