I've created a board on Pinterest, for my own crafts, called My own designs. I've started putting up everything I do on creative stuff, from cakes and cookies through hand-painted Easter eggs to my newest project, felt work. I'm also about to start making photos of my hand-stitched cards and put them up for you all to enjoy.

Take a look and have fun!

As long as all I have to come up are the ideas. Turning them into actual results is where the problems start. Like making good photos of things. Every single pic has been digitally corrected, but they still look a bit shabby. ;)

Oh, I'm a clueless newbie compared with the others on Pinterest. But it is amazing what you can make of things other people simply throw into the garbage bin, isn't it?

Yeah, it's amazing! I used these capsules daily while staying with a friend who only had a capsule coffee maker... and never gave them a second thought

I never paid them any attention - other than disparaging the machines as an abomination - until a colleague asked me if I wanted "some" capsules for making things for the annual Christmas charity market. I did some research, said yes, and he arrived with two huge bags of used capsules, none of which was cleaned and many of which were full of mould already. Cleaning them was quite the adventure, although the kids enjoyed being dirty to the ears. Of course, I didn't let them handle the mouldy ones, so I had to do a big chunk of the work myself, but the result was worth it.

Very shiny (at some point I'll have to work out how to use Pinterest properly to see everything better)!

Thanks. :)
Are you on Pinterest, too? If not, you should. You could display your beautiful bead work for everyone to see and envy. ;)

It's really not that complicated. You just need to register; the only requirement for that is a valid e-mail address. I'm not on Facebook or on any of the other such sites and still can use Pinterest, as you see. A lot of people don't even have any pins there; they only sign up so that they can see all the beautiful stuff.

It's very easy, honestly. Even I've managed to register without help. All you need is a valid e-mail address.
