More kitchen activities

Still no Norton update, which means I am still relying on my iPad. Which, in turn, means that I can not type up the stuff I wrote (and I did write a lot lately), unless I manage to command one of the shared computers at work. Not ideal, to put it mildly.

So I turned to other creative activities. My stitched card collection for the future pattern book grows very nicely - I managed to make some truly exceptional pieces, if I may say so myself. And I made Apfelküchlein for lunch. Those are, basically, thin apple slices, mixed under crepe batter and fried. Yum!

Still, I really wish I could use my PC again.

I understand what you mean …my keyboard is not working but I can copy and paste words using a mouse and pulldown menus. My laptop's new hard drive died after not even 3 months and $225 to replace it. I used another vendor because my previous vendor moved. SO…Hubby just bought me an iPad Mini, but I still have to get my laptop fixed.

I admire your artistry -- and your discipline. It takes a lot of work to create these pieces of art. Are you going to publish a pattern book? What an excellent idea. Your pieces are lovely, and you have a good eye for color. I so enjoy having my cards so much that I keep them up all year -- they make me smile and think of you. I hope your PC gets its update soon! Not publishing, no. I have neither the money, nor the connections for that; besides, these aren't even my own patterns. I'm doing this for my own enjoyment. It is wonderfully relaxing.
