Part of my problem is that I haven't got that much freezer space, and a substantial portion of what I do have is taken up with single portion boxes of frozen left-overs to have for dinner. Much as I love baked goods, they aren't something I (intend) to eat every day, while dinner is so it takes precedence for space in the freezer.
