I tried to watch it on PRO7 a couple of days ago, mostly because I wanted to know what some of my online friends are often talking about.

I regretfully admit I didn't even make half-through it. It was just too boring for me. And none of the human characters were lieable enough to suffer through the rest. Please, guys, don't lynch me!!! I'm probably just too old for this stuff. *ducks from flying rotten tomatoes*

On a different note, I've just realized that Tom Milligan, Martha Jones' almost-fiancé in Doctor Who, was played by the same actor (Tom Ellis) as King Cenred in Merlin. Go figure.

He's sizzling hot in both roles - although I feel sorry for him to have give up Martha Jones for Morgause. Yes, I'm shallow, why do you ask?

It seems so, yeah. Too bad, I might have given the original version a try, even though my fellow Antigwennites say that most TW-books are about the abominable Gwack, but I haven't seen a decent Hungarian translation of *anything* for at least a decade. Not on anything popular, that is - semi-scientific stuff and art are still fairly acceptable.

But perhaps I'll go to Alexandra, a huge bookshop nearby, where you can sit and leaf through the books for a while. That saves me the necessity to actuall spend money on something potentially horrible (=Gwack) and I'll still have my fun. ;)

If it's the new movie you speak of I had the same reaction, felt yawnsome for all the action in it.

*lol* Don't worry, I wouldn'r ever lynch you! It's sweet that you gave it a chance. To be honest, if I hadn't already been pulled into the fandom due to awesome fanfic, I wouldn't have cared for the movie either.

I watched the original Transformers cartoon in the '80's and I liked it although it wasn't my favorite. The movies are mindless action flicks with very little to recommend them. Plus, Shia LaBeouf annoys me for some reason and Megan Fox can't act. So it's perfectly understandable that you got bored with it.
