At the end of the day

I survived the visit of my friend. It was almost funny how little we had to say to each other, when e ran out of the "remember" and "what's XY doing" sort of things. Poor kid (his daughter) listened to that nonsense for two hours and a half.
Oh, and I got my new Norton Antivirus LiveUpdate thingy installed. Of course the new version changed the look of about every window I open. Plus it now scans not only the incoming but also the outgoing emails. Which is a good thing, at least I don't pass over bugs unintentionally. But it slows down my Outlook considerably. And the new looks will need some getting used to.
I know that these things are necessary. Still, I hate changes. They take that feeling to be at home from me.
