Why certainly it is late and/or early enough for chocolate -- here have some of mine! I do firmly believe it is always chocolate time. 11am is an especially important chocolate time -- elevensis should be more wide spread! My grandfather would always insist on a cup of coffee and something chocolatey at 11 o'clock. He used to make a delicious chocolate no-bake cake, that he would serve if you were at his place, but even when visiting people or just out shopping for the morning he would make sure he got his chocolate ration with his morning coffee. Who am I to break with that tradition?
