The danger of researching...
Sep. 26th, 2010 02:44 am...isn't just that your head explodes from all those miles-long Japanese names that somehow all manage to sound the same. No, you also get haunted by story ideas.
So I've written pr0n. Related to an episode of "The Tale of the Heike". About people who might or might not have existed 900 years ago. I took one of the most tear-jerking parts of the TOH, turned it around and made Teh Ebol Slash(TM) out of it. Complete with purple prose (very, very purple), horrible euphemisms (the "hidden delights of his secret garden" anyone?)and explicit, erm, interaction.
At least it's only 5 pages, and it was done within two hours. I'm still a bit shocked by the results research overdosing could lead to.
