A mind-numbing day...

wiseheartThat's what I had today. Sitting on various conferences from 9 am to 5 pm is no fun. Anybody who tries to tell you it's fun is a miserable liar. *nuff said*
Afterwards, I went with Mum to the hairdresser's and the chiropodist's. In patiently falling rain. Ain't life full of joy over here? But at least now we both look pretty. Well... as pretty as possible, given the circumstances. ;)
Tomorrow, school starts in earnest. With the annual opening ceremony. Real teaching won't happen before Thursday, but things are getting hectic already. *sighs*
Oh, and LJ has been blocked from the school network. *sighs again*
