I hated Kira/Odo. It was just completely unrealistic, and, after "Children of Time" morally ambigious as well. Like "Geez, he loves me so much that another version of him eradicated an entire planet just to save me"... oh, please.
As for Sisko, I really didn't understand why he was so anti-Maquis in the first place! If anyone, he had to know that one mustn't trust the Cardassians, right? His pursuing Eddington was a personal vendetta, unrelated to the fact whether the Maquis was right or wrong, and it just destroyed the character for me. Well, to a certain extent anyway.
