New bridge

wiseheartWell, I got the thing glued on today - after nearly 8 hours at school and having crossed the entire town (a really big one, let me tell you) in steadily falling rain. Life is so much fun, eh?
But the bridge sits now. It's a weird feeling. I feel as if my mouth would be unnaturally full, as if the thing would slip off if I don't bite on it strongly, and if the two halves of my face wouldn't be symmetrical. Checking it in the mirror reveals that it's not so, and my jaws close just fine, but it definitely feels weird.
First day at school survived - nearly 300 more to go.
