Still alive... barely!

wiseheartSchool's been insane lately. I tell you, insane! Ah, well, it's over for the rest of 2006 now, and I'm extremely grateful for that fact.
Managed to buy the Xmas tree in about ten minutes the day before yesterday, so that part is done. In a fleeting moment of madness I offered Mum to prepare the traditional Xmas dinner - what was I thinking. But it's done now, I've bought the stupid chicken that needs to be filled with apples and raisins and dried plums and God only knows what else, and it will most likely go wrong like almost every time I try it, but, well, it won't happen for the lack of trying, right?
Bleh. Holidays. I wish we could forget about them and be thankful that we don't need to go to work. I'm four frigging chapters behind schedule with my Advent calendar, and it doesn't seem like I'd be able to catch up till Xmas eve. I'll be glad to finish it before this year ends. Not that the uncountable armies of my dedicated readers would scream for an update, mind you, but there's such thing as principles. And Advent calendar ought to be finished by Xmas Eve. I'm very disappointed that I haven't managed to do so this year. It seems the muse would need more feeding for me to write on such a tight schedule. That, or I'm getting old.

Okay, long-delayed Chapter 18 of "The Young Knights" is up to TFF, SoA, FF.Net,edhellondawards and to the Otherworlds board. Just in case someone would like to read. I'm going to collaps in a heap of misery now. "Dead" doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.
