Social life
Mar. 19th, 2024 08:31 pm... for Mum, at the very least. She had a visit from her oldest lady friend (also beyond 90), with whom she talks on the phone each day but whom she hadn't seen in person for years, due to Covid and then her accident. I was very happy for her.
While they were chatting, I've finished another three bunnies, so I've done half of them already. It isn't very complicated work, just a bit hard because the parts are so tiny and my sausage fingers are so thick. But I hope to get them done before next Tuesday when they are supposed to go to their future owners.
In the afternoon, Mum had a visit from the physiotherapist and I went to school to collect the cookie tins from my customers. Four of them hadn't forgotten, so I could box their portion of the Easter biscuits. But I didn't stay for choir practice - I am still completely exhausted from yesterday, so I came home early.
