Here is to social life!
Sep. 12th, 2023 07:41 pmIn other words: choir restarted today. With people! And singing! And indescribable heat in the practice room, which was the less than pleasant part of it, but it was fun nonetheless. Monica (our conductor) also received her songbook and was very happy with it. The other choir mates duly admired my handiwork, which felt really good, too.
In the morning I worked a bit on Benny's birthday album; meaning that one accordion card is completed. Only three more to go. But slow progress is progress, too, and since I was out of the house all afternoon, I value what little I was able to do. I'll stay at home in the next two (or three) days, and also fairly little cooking has to be done, so I hope to be more crafty in the foreseeable future.
What else? We ate the leftover stuffed kohlrabi, Mum had a visit from the physiotherapist lady and I went to five different shops (including the pharmacy) before choir practice. So yeah, busy day. I'll rest tomorrow.
