Quietly crafty today

Mum and I decided that we needed a quiet day. Therefore we haven't done too much all day. I made 4 tags for the baby book that Mum declared very pretty (of course Mum is biased, but still) and made a simple mushroom omelet for lunch. We had leftover soup, some tomatoes and rye bread to go with it, so it was fine. Mum then did the washing-up because she doesn't really mind it, so she's my hero.

There was much watching of the telly, talking to our respective friends on the phone and some napping. I could use more days like this, honestly. Alas, they are rare - but at least that way we value them more.
