Firstly, I wanted to thank everyone who sent me virtual hugs re: my previous entry. You are very kind, and it did me a wealth of good, after today, when I had to run my second round in the argument between Vodafone and the bank, pointing fingers at each other and trying to prove that the other one is at fault for my money not arriving at the former. I'm really fed up with Vodafone, and I think talking to them via phone won't work, so I'm going to their actual office next week with all my papers and won't leave until they find the mistake and correct it. So far, it took me twenty minutes on the phone yesterday and a personal visit at the bank today, and I'm still not sure that everything will work out in the end. *grrrrr!*

The good news is, however, that at the 2nd attempt (and visiting a different Lidl) I actually got the cookie cutters I wanted. They are here, the 2nd and 4th pic, respectively. I still didn't find the stamp set (seen on the 3rd pic), but I haven't given up just yet. There is another Lidl within reach, perhaps I'll get lucky. If not, it isn't too bad, either. I already have one stamp set, with different motifs, that will serve, if needs must be.

Mum offered to cook today, so we were both run ragged in the early afternoon. Still, I did squeeze in a bit of crafting in front of the telly. The track is finished, and I've cut out the locomotive and its two wagons, and I've also selected the buttons that will serve as wheels. The colours are a bit... err... loud, but for a 2-year-old boy it won't be too bad, I hope.
