In a great hurry...
Jun. 15th, 2021 08:17 pmMy internet connection is blinking in and out for some reason, so I thought I'd quickly post the pics of the new pages to Theo's cookbook.
Pages 12-13:

Pages 14-15:

I hope this get posted. I'll tell a bit about the 8th-term's farewell event later, if I can. *fingers crossed*
Update:
Okay, the internet seems to have recovered (for the moment anyway; I'll never take it for granted again), so a few words of the 8th-term farewell. This was the last bunch of kids I spent a full year with in the afternoons, and we did a lot of baking and crafting together. That was, of course, two and a half years ago, but they still recognized me, and were even pleased by their little gift owls. Well, at least they pretended to, but I think some of them were actually genuine about it.
As it is tradition, they made one last round all over the school in a long file, keeping some distance (all other kids were banned due to the not-quite-beaten-yet virus), visited their favourite rooms (the kitchen/craft room where we did our stuff was one of those, which made me very proud), while traditional music like Gaudeamus igitur was played through the school radio. Then they went down to the school yard where Boss Woman was making a speech. I didn't wait for that. But it was nice to be able to say goodbye to the kiddies.
