Today on the menu: Poppy Seed Knots
Sep. 28th, 2020 06:11 pmBasically a simple sweet yeast dough made in the form of knots and sprinkled with poppy seeds.
It is a slightly different dough than I usually make, with a more fluffy outcome - very, very yummy.
Other than that, I worked on the front page of Little Emma's birthday book, wrote almost four pages for "The Old Terror" and chatted with my friend Evie on the phone. And we had more rain and more balcony leakage. An eventful day, to say the least.
