Today was hunting day again, which, in this particular case, meant two supermarkets, the bank, and I also had to go to our school to place my egg order. As I mentioned before, we get our eggs (XXL ones) from the father of a former student who has a chicken farm. Or egg farm. Whatever. Once a month we place the order, pay in advance, and a week later the eggs are delivered to the school. A great solution for those still working, but we retired old hags still go back for them because they are really good quality.

Of course, with the lockdown still in place, it is a bit different now... in a somewhat joyous way. I actually met five people today... from a proper distance, of course, but still. Two of the poor school secretaries are currently dealing with next term's immatriculations via internet - a gargantuan task I'm so not envying them for! The porter lady and the janitor were up for a chat, and one colleague was actually on duty, overseeing the single kid (out of 700+) the family apparently couldn't take care of.

Boss Woman was within, too, but I did not visit her, hehehe!

In the afternoon I was fairly dead and slept for two hours or so. Then I had nice, long phone chats with two other colleagues and a very short one with a third one. It was more social life than I'd had for weeks before.
