Random stuff

Today, I was woken half an hour before my usual time by the noise outside our flat. The blind lady who lives opposite us, got some early delivery and felt the irresistible urge to discuss the details with the delivery guy in the corridor, at a fairly unreasonable volume. For all the thirty minutes I could have left to sleep. (I try to keep a fairly regular schedule so that I wouldn't waste my time - I'm too old for that.) I was so tired all morning - I'm a night owl, and I need that extra half hour each morning! Grrrr!

I did a bit of translation nevertheless, finished the second chapter of the vampire crossover story (look up the previous entry if you're interested), made pancakes with spinach filling for lunch (well, Mum made the spinach, I made the pancakes) and tried my hand on that new technique for using up scrap paper. My cards aren't really good yet - they lack proper focus - but I'm getting there. Photos will be posted once the details are finished, too.

So, that was my day, save for two relatively short phone calls. Tomorrow is hunting again!
