Oh, joy!

We woke up today to find every single radiator in the flat ice cold. After consulting our neighbours, we found out that our side of the entire floor was without heating. Mum then called the janitor and learned that somewhere on our side a radiator had a hole and that the mechanics from the heating centre were already working on the problem.
