Oct. 25th, 2018 07:51 pm... and I finished the advent calendar for my group at school. It's made of toilet paper rolls and origami paper; well, I bought the sticker numbers at Aldi's, but other than that everything is handmade. Take a look:

And here are the pictures of the finished red-and-blue Christmas explosion box, as promised:
Well, mostly red and white in closed state, but you saw the inside in one of the previous posts so you can bear witness that it is, indeed, very blue. The rubber bands will be removed later; it's only so that the lid got a bit lopsided and I'm trying to force it back to proper shape. Yeah, I'm cruel, I know.
So cruel, in fact, that I've decided to go to a pumpkin carving event next Wednesday. Apparently, they even provide the pumpkins, though I assume we're supposed to bring our own knives. I know I will. At least I know how they'd work best. Mum declared that - unless the weather takes a turn to the worse - she'll come, too, to see what it's all about.
