Sep. 15th, 2018 07:21 pm... and here are the pictures I promised:
Let's start with the mini sewing kits. This is what they look in the outside - the first photo is the original, the second is processed with the chrome function of Microsoft Picture Manager. I don't know which one is better. I kinda like both.

And this is what they look like opened - all 20 of them! (I tried to make a chrome version of this one, too, but the colours turned out all wrong, so I thought it isn't that bad if the pic is a teensy bit dark.)

And now my very first needle book. I must warn you, it is a bit haphazard, and this was the first time ever that I tried my hand on this pattern, but I like it well enough.
Cover:

The middle of the book, with yarn holder and sewing needles:

The button page:

And finally the page for the safety pins and sewing pins:

Of course, it needs to be filled up with more stuff, but the eventual owners can do that on their own. Also, the little pocket for the sewing pins is made of the same material as some of the mini sewing kits, so the muffin pattern isn't really black but dark red. I don't know why the colours sometimes refuse to show up correctly.
