Net woes

FF.Net is down again. I'm getting seriously worried that it will crash for good, eventually. As much as we bitch and moan about it sometimes, I still love the site. It is the only one I know of where you can upload your stuff directly and not bother with the hand-coding. (SoA is second-best in this, though you have to copy & paste your stuff there, but it still spares you the hand-coding which is a serious pain in the derriere.) I'd mourn if it died on me after a decade and a half, despite its shortcomings.

On other news, the March session of picowrimo is lagging (is that a word?). It started so beautifully, but in the last couple of days hardly anyone was there. Sure, it is an experimental session that might not work out in the end, but I'm still a bit disappointed.
