Epic Merlin fic started

I've just posted the first two chapters to both FF.Net and hiddenrealms. I must admit, I'm quite excited about this story. Even though I don't expect it to become a hit on FF.Net, if the stories I've been reading there for the last fortnight are any indication. But it's there for the extremely rare few who can value a long story, thorough research and meticulous writing.

Since my good friend the_wild_iris has most generously done a thorough beta work, not even the tender sensibilities of native speakers will be affronted - or so I hope.
