It's funny that the guys are so clearly in majority. My Tolkien-related groups are either all-female, or (the Newsletter) have one token man or two. Also, I just recently discovered that the guys at spacebattles.com like Kansas a great deal, even though all the story can offer so far is a bar brawl. *g*

I call it a bargain. I knew in advance that many people won't like the story, as it pisses off the Janeway fans, but that's okay. I only hope that some of the regular readers will resurface again. Maybe 20 chapters and still going on was a little too much for them.

Yep, I've updated Mission to Daleth IV, my Original Trek story, in which Cyrano Jones and Harry Mudd are the only known canon characters. Which is why it's posted in the Star Trek - Other section of FF.Net.

Chapter 6: The Trap is already up and available:

I assume there'll be three more chapters, then the story will be done. I hope.

In case you decided to read it, I want to remind you that it isn't a nice story. It deals with drug abuse, organized crimes, sexual slavery, experiments on sentient beings and all the other nasty stuff. And it even has teh Evil Salsh (TM). Well, it will have anyway. In the next chapter, I swear.
