The ninth day of Christmas

wiseheart... was blessedly quiet. We watched some telly, ate leftovers, took naps - and that was basically it. I did a tiny bit of crafting - two tiny motifs, which have brought me to finishing the second dollhouse dressing room. Now I'm trying to figure out how to design the living rooms.
Later on I briefly talked to H. on the phone, then solved a few crossword puzzles, and now the day is over. Again. It seems time hasn't slowed down just because we have now a brand new year.
... aaaand I forgot: behold the dressing rooms!

Date: 2026-01-02 07:20 pm (UTC)The last of my holiday activity was yesterday. I had a lunch with my girlfriends of 50 years. We all wonder how we have gotten so old.
This week we are prepping for a lengthy trip, so much to do. I am hoping to do nothing much but read, write, and sleep. My fellow travelers are very active and so I will think I will be drawn into more activities than what I am dreaming of LOL!
My Christmas card will hopefully get to you soon!
