Another baking day

wiseheart... and a successful one, too! I started with boxing yesterday's biscuits because I needed the tablets for today's batches, and then I went on baking.
Four more versions are done, two of them with finished decoration, and they turned out very well, if I say so myself. Mum approved, too, so that's two people who like them. *g* Tomorrow I'll finish decorating the other two batches (alas, I forgot to buy cream for the caramel sauce, so that means an unplanned trip to Lidl) and then rest for the remaining day because girl, I'm well and truly flattened! I so enjoy baking that I don't even realize how tired I am until it's finished - then I just collapse into the next armchair and fall asleep in front of the TV. *g*
Consequently, I didn't have time for much else, just for a bit of writing and for making another surprise box (the latter of which took me about two minutes, tops), but all in all, it was a great day.
I'll try to take a few cookie photos tomorrow.
