Let's start with Frosty, the snowman, aka Christmas card #28. I'm quite content with this one:

The next card promises to be a tad complicated again, so I was happy with this quick and easy one.
For lunch, I gave the deep-frozen Dampfnudel a try. Despite not having the required equipment, I've managed to mcgyver together a working set, and the thing looked fairly good, even if a bit pale:

Alas, it didn't have much of a taste. Next time I'll have to make a vanilla or plum sauce to go with it because on its own it was quite a disappointment, despite being filled with apricot jam (that didn't have much of a taste, either).
Furthermore, I've finished Chapter 3 of my story and have high hopes that I'll be able to do the next (and last) chapter, soon. It's such a pleasant change of speed to write something short - and something that has the change to be finished withing this eternity, too!
This being a busy day, not much else was done. The weather continues to be cool (around 14 degrees) with intermittent rain, but the insulation done three years ago works like a charm, we still have 22-24 degrees inside the flat without actual heating. If the weather remains like this, though (and it seems so), I'll have to bake a lot in the following days to create a pleasant temperature inside. After a while the walls will cool down, insulation or no insulation.
