Well and truly flattened

wiseheartToday's activities went like this:
1) I did the food shopping relatively early, while Mum chose to sleep in.
2) I helped Mum with her - fairly belated - morning routine; then we had brunch and both took a nice, long nap.
3) We watched some crap telly, I improvised a late lunch and then we took another nap.
4) We watched the GBBO re-runs, and then vegetated in our armchairs some more.
And now it's late evening, it's still hot, and tomorrow promises to be even worse. Perfect for laundry day. *insert sarcasm*
