... or to Alltagstrott, as the Germans would say. But it isn't always bad. In fact, days when the greatest events are washing my hair and a visit from the physiotherapis, can be really relaxing.

Save for the cooking, that is. Cooking was a tad hectic today, but then it always is. I don't really like cooking, so it's always stressful for me. Even if I make things I've made dozens of times before. Like today.*g*

Another thing that's a bid stressful is getting used to the new version of the anti-virus programme. The previous version was confusing enough - the new version is confusing in a different manner. But as long as it does its job I can safely ignore it. I hope.

Today I did a bit crafting again. the 20 teddy bear keyrings are halfways done. The back panels are all finished, that is, all 20 bow-ties are stitched on, all 20 snouts are glued on and all 20 faces are drawn with permanent marker. I'll start stitching the faces next; then sewing the front and back panels together. My fingers are still in no shape to deal with the next page of the felt book, so I do such small jobs until they recover completely.

I am really tired, though. All the excitement of the previous days has knocked me out cold. My nerves will need a few days to recover.

I hear you re finger tips. The index finger on my right hand currently has a crater, after doing a bit too much sewing the other day.

Cooking can be a pain in the a... Usually I love to cook, but not the things my husband loves to eat, which are mostly things he knows from his time wit his parents. Maybe I should do the same, cook the things my mum did cook for us. My mother was a horrible cook...

You push the needle with your index finger? I could never do that. Therefore it's my middle finger that has a crater. 😢
