Baking plan for Easter 2024
Mar. 9th, 2024 07:52 pmSo far I'm planning 8 different sorts of biscuits - shockingly modest, coming from me, I know, but I don't really have that much time, with several craft projects going on at the same time, plus
picowrimo being in session. So I thought I'd start small and try to remain small, so that I'd have time enough for more elaborate decoration. *fingers crossed*
The list:
1) Nutella bunnies

2) Coconut lambs

3) Quark-dough bunnies (new!)

4) Almond bunnies (new!)

5) Hazelnut bunnies (new!)

6) Lemony flowers (new!)

7) Orange chicken cookies (new!)

8) Walnut bunnies (new!)

I'm still of two minds whether I should bake marzipan bunnies, too. The recipe seems very simple, but marzipan is a tricky ingredient and can get hard and brittle when baked. We'll see.
The pictures to the first two are old ones, of course. For those mighty at German I've linked the recipes.
Addendum:
I've just find this recipe for raspberry and white chocolate bunnies, so we are up to 9 sorts.
