Still recovering

... from the chiropodist lady and the insurance agent, respectively. To give myself a treat, I visited the new, enlarged Tedi in the neighbourhood while shopping for groceries and spent way more money than I should have on small, lovely stuff I don't really need but couldn't resist.

After the food run (that included a visit to the pharmacy and the post office), I came home, cooked lunch (carbonara, but with boiled cauliflower instead of spaghetty - sorry, noadvertising), then did the laundry, then washed the dishes... and then collapsed on my bed with Methuselah-the-laptop for some Solitaire and fanfic reading. And with that, the day was basically over.

The only creative achievement were the exactly two sentences I wrote today.

Visiting a big store is always fun for me. It's fascinating to just look at all the stuff. So much stuff. I don't want to buy any stuff, but I love to look. I think it's the result of living in a small town. Even a big food store is an adventure.
