Now, this was unexpected

wiseheartToday's progress, I mean. Not only have I managed to do all six "wheat sheaves", but I've also stitched on the cart, inclusive the buttons that serve as its wheels, and I've even cut out the seal of the windmill. Two of the four panels are sewn together, and I decided to make it mobile, so I added a push button to the design, instead of fixing the seal to the background as it was in the original. Now I only have to make the flea and a few flowers and the windmill page will be finished.
For a reminder: this is the windmill page I'm aiming for:
I've made the above following the original because that's what I was asked to do. But for the new one I'm thinking of adding some rubber band to the flea, so that it would be able to actually jump, as the song states. No clear idea how to do that, though. Some YouTube research is definitely required.
We also had choir practice today, which was fairly nice. The hungry masses have gobbled up my leftover cookies in no time. I'm so proud! :)
